ABOUT THE CONFERENCE:

The ESH 10th Translational Research Conference: Myelodysplastic Syndromes, Overlap MDS/MPN Disorders and Clonal Haematopoiesis will present the latest updates in some of the basic mechanisms of disease in MDS, MDS/MPN, and precursor conditions, and demonstrate how they are translated into clinical practice. Standards for treatment, timing and sequencing of treatment, and the latest clinical trial data and future directions for therapy will be discussed, along with interventions for clonal hematopoiesis precursor conditions.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn practical approaches to treating these complicated diseases in a relaxed environment, with ample time provided for patient- and research centered questions, and for networking to create future clinical and research collaborations.

MAIN SCIENTIFIC TOPICS:

• Myelodysplastic Syndromes and the march of clonal hematopoiesis
• The VEXAS nexus
• Not another session on myelodysplastic syndromes classification and risk!
• Special Genetic Populations
• Looking at myelodysplastic syndromes with a Crystal Ball
• Treating Lower-risk myelodysplastic syndromes
• Treating Higher-risk myelodysplastic syndromes

• Academic clinical trials

THE PROGRAMME WILL INCLUDE:

– Plenary Sessions
– Panel Discussions
– Simultaneous Meet the Expert Sessions
– Poster Walks
– Brief Oral Communications
