#ESHJGA ANNOUNCING THE 2024 ESH INTERNATIONAL JOHN GOLDMAN RESEARCH AWARDEE!

We are proud to announce the 2024 Awardee
of the 5th ESH International John Goldman Research Award:

Dr. Carmen Fava

Dept. of Clinical and Biological Science
University of Turin, Italy


For her two-year project on:
"Exploring the potential role of gut microbiota in improving outcomes
of chronic myeloid leukemia patients"

All submitted applications have been peer reviewed independently
by a committee of academic researchers appointed by ESH.

 


 

The ESH International John Goldman Research Award Ceremony 2024 will take place during the
ESH-iCMLf 26th Annual John Goldman Conference on
Chronic Myeloid Leukemia: Biology and Therapy

September 27-29, 2024 - Prague, Czech Republic.

Dr Emmanuelle Clappier, 2021 Awardee, and Dr Naranie Shanmuganathan, 2022 Awardee,
will present the result of their researches during the conference.

 


 

The recipient of this annual award will receive a total of 80K€ to finance or co-finance a research project with a focus on MRD in CML and Related Diseases.

The research project start date will be October 1st, 2024 and will have a maximum duration of two years.
