CONFERENCE UPDATE:
novel coronavirus (COVID-19)
Since the last update published on the ESH website, concern related to the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus has continued to grow at the global level.
In view of the increasing number of infected patients in countries worldwide, many medical organizations and health authorities have decided to implement travel restrictions in order to limit exposure to the virus and to ensure that patients at home continue to benefit from the presence of their medical specialists. These measures concern many faculty members and registered participants of the ESH conference cited in reference.
Our first priority is your safety and that of your patients. We also want to make sure that participants who come to ESH benefit from the presence of a complete faculty of global experts in their field. For these reasons, we have decided to postpone the meeting and to re-schedule it later this year, at the same venue. We will inform you of the revised time schedule shortly.
If you are a confirmed registrant in this ESH conference, please be assured that we will keep you updated and that your registration in the meeting remains valid for the new dates, later this year. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
Please also be informed that Air France and other airline companies have announced the possibility to rebook flights at no extra cost. We invite you to make contact with your travel agency in this regard.
We apologize for the inconvenience that this message will entail and we thank you for your understanding.
We look forward to welcoming you the ”How to Diagnose and Treat Acute Leukaemias” 2020 and we will be in touch with you with further information very shortly.
