ESH How to Diagnose and Treat conferences are disease-specific meetings that address state-of-the-art diagnostic and clinical management.

They are based on the presentation and analysis of real clinical cases. Voting technology is used as a self-evaluation tool and to increase scientific interaction.

This meeting aims to present and debate the latest data and information in the field of Multiple Myeloma. This thought-provoking academic dialogue will address the most challenging current biology, clinical and therapeutic questions. The unique format of the program, including case-based presentations, debates and round tables provides a unique platform for discussion.

The meeting will provide clinicians and scientists with state-of-the-art recommendations regarding patient care and insight in controversies in the field.

Learning objectives:
1. Update on the diagnosis and profiling of myeloma
2. Upfront treatment of transplant eligible and non-eligible myeloma patients
3. Treatment of relapsed refractory myeloma patients
4. Risk-adapted therapy
5. Immune therapy

A – Scholarships will cover:
  • Registration fee (which includes conference materials, the Welcome Get-together, coffee breaks and luncheons during the conference)
  • a travel grant of 500€

B – Your are eligible to apply if you are: 

  • fully-trained, with a maximum of six years experience since your first junior appointment

Scholarship recipients will be required to submit a brief report on the meeting before May 7th, 2019. It should be sent to: camille.frank@univ-paris-diderot.fr
The report should indicate what the scholarship recipient learnt from the meeting, the aspect they enjoyed the most and how they feel that future editions can be improved. A template will be provided.

Incomplete applications will be refused.

The registration fee for the How to Diagnose and Treat Multiple Myeloma is:
– 600€  for fully trained
– 300€ for in-training

A proof will be requested to confirm your status.

This fee includes:
Your seat in the Conference Room
The conference materials,
Welcome cocktail, luncheons, refreshments throughout the conference.

Your seat in the conference will be definitively reserved upon receipt of your fee.

Cancellation policy of registration fee
:
In case of cancellation, up until two months prior to the beginning of the meeting, your registration fee will be reimbursed in full (less bank charges). If the cancellation is notified between 60 to 15 days prior to the beginning of the meeting, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed (less bank charges). Cancellations notified 15 days before the meeting will not be reimbursed. For credit card payments please register on-line first. Please note that ESH can accept VISA, MASTERCARD/EUROCARD, AMEX and CB.
