The 2013 ESH International Conference on Multiple Myeloma will bring together a world-class faculty to offer a comprehensive overview of the most up-to-date treatment strategies for Multiple Myeloma. Over the past decade, the understanding  Multiple Myeloma pathophysiology has made major advances. Patient survival has improved significanlty thanks to novel agents such as immunomodulatory drugs and proteasome inhibitors. Speakers will also present the most efficient treatment options for elderly and relapsing patients.

Educational Objectives:

– Acquire in sight into the current diagnostic process of multiple myeloma, staging system, and risk stratification
– Evaluate the relevance of molecular diagnostics and minimal residual disease assessment, and their relevance for clinical management decisions
– Learn about treatment state of the art, and understand some of the critical clinical management issues in th etreatment of young adults and patients of older age with fit or frail conditions
– Get insight into developmental therapeutics of multiple myeloma, Waldestrom macroglobulinemia, and amyloidosis, including knowledge about the mechanisms of action of novel therapeutic compounds, the current status of development of various targeted drugs and their promises for future clinical applications.

Location:

The City West Hotel is located in Saggart just a 30 minute drive from Dublin International Airport. It offers excellent conference facilities as well as onsite hotel accommodation and a range of different dining experiences.

To reach the City West from Dublin International Airport with public transportation:
– Ask for the bus that goes to the city centre, to Heuston Station (about 20 minutes travel)
– At Heuston station, take the red line tramway and follow the connection that goes to Saggart station (last station) – (about 40 minutes travel)
– Exit the tramway station and walk to the City West Hotel (15 minutes walking)

PAYMENT AND CONDITIONS
You will pay your hotel accommodation directly to Forum d’Ideias, Lda.
The rates for reservations between 3 to 6 October 2013 are only applicable if the reservation is made for a minimum of two nights.
Upon receipt of full payment, you will receive an official confirmation letter and receipt. In the event of cancellation before June 3rd the payment will be refunded less Euro 50,00. After this date no refund can be made. No shows and late cancellations will be charged in full.

The registration fee for the ESH International Conference on Multiple Myeloma is 600 €.

Cancellation policy of registration fee :

In case of cancellation, up until one month prior to the beginning of the meeting, your registration fee will be reimbursed in full (less bank charges).
If the cancellation is notified between 1 and 30 days prior to the beginning of the meeting, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed (less bank charges).
Cancellations notified during the meeting will not be reimbursed

A) For Individual Registration:
1. Register yourself on the ESH Virtual Network using your personal data.
2. Please go to the registration page of the conference you would like to attend.
3. Click on the INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION button to complete your registration.
4. Proceed with the payment.

B) For Third Party Registration:
1. Create a Virtual Network profile for the person who will participate in the event (It is very important to provide the personal email address corresponding to the participant. Your details can be added to the « Address of Invoicing » section.)
2. You and the third party will receive a confirmation email with the username (email address of the third party) and password détails (please note the password that you use to open the Virtual Network account).
3. Return to the registration page of the conference the third party would like to attend.
4. Click on the INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION button to complete the third party registration and proceed with payment.

C) For Group Registration (More than one person):
1. Create your Virtual Network profile using your personal data.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with your username and password details.
3. Return to the registration page of the conference in which you would like to register your group.
4. Click on the GROUP REGISTRATION button to fill in the complete details for each person that you would like to register (Use the personal email address of each participant you are registering, failure to do so will prohibit you from completing the registrations.)
