The Grand Hyatt Washington DC (1000 H Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20001) is now sold out for most of the duration of the ESH iCMLf International Conference on Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, September 23-26.
Alternative suggestions for reserving rooms in the Washington DC area follow:

1. You may call the Grand Hyatt at 202.637.4777 in search of a cancellation and possibly be wait listed for a room.
 
 2. Rooms are available on a first-come first-serve basis at Gaylord National Hotel (201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, MD 20745) at a rate of $244 plus tax, however this hotel is 11 miles from the Grand Hyatt and will require 20-30 minutes to taxi back and forth to the Grand Hyatt where the CML meeting is taking place.  Call 301-965-4000. Please mention that you are attending the “ESH iCMLf Conference” for this special rate.  

3. You may wish to try to find availability closer to the Grand Hyatt by searching sites such as Hilton.com or Marriott .com, however be advised rooms may cost approximately $500+ per night.

4. Rooms at less expensive rates may also be available in the Crystal City area, located close to Reagan National airport.
