Registration Fee: 560 euros (The registration fee includes the teaching material and lunch)
Your seat in the conference will be definitively reserved upon receipt of your fee.

ESH Scholarships:
A limited number of ESH Scholarships are also available to scientists and clinicians in training.
To apply, please send the following documents to ESH:
1) Your CV* 
2) A Letter of Motivation*
3) An abstract (if applicable for the conference)*
4) A list of publications if possible
5) A signed letter from your department to prove that you are in training*

*Are mandatory documents without which your application can not be considered.

Deadline for scholarships is closed.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF REGISTRATION FEE
In case of cancellation, up until one month prior to the beginning of the meeting, your registration fee will be reimbursed in full (less bank charges).
If the cancellation is notified between 1 and 30 days prior to the beginning of the meeting, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed (less bank charges).
Cancellations notified during the meeting will not be reimbursed.
